At Shopkshm, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
